Privacy Policy for Hot Leads Galore

Hot Leads Galore helps business users describe their business, preview fictional lead examples, prepare a concierge request, and review outreach drafts. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the app.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
The app may handle information that you choose to enter, including your name, email address, business name, website, business description, service area, target customers, service preferences, and support communications.
FICTIONAL SAMPLE INFORMATION
The built-in preview uses fictional sample information and reserved .example contact addresses. Previewing a sample batch does not send a concierge request.
CONCIERGE REQUESTS
When you choose “Submit concierge request,” Hot Leads Galore prepares an email containing your business profile, sender name, sender email, service preferences, and a unique request ID. The app displays the email for your review and does not submit it until you tap Send. The message is delivered to Production Central’s monitored business inbox and retained as needed to fulfill, support, audit, or delete the request.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information you choose to send is used to review and fulfill your concierge request, prepare lead research or outreach materials, respond to support questions, prevent duplicate requests, maintain operational records, and protect the service from misuse.
SHARING
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by Apple Mail and your email provider when you send a request, by service providers needed to operate and secure the service, by legal authorities when required, or by a business successor as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
TRACKING
Hot Leads Galore does not use the submitted information for cross-app tracking and does not sell it for advertising.
RETENTION AND DELETION
Submitted email and request records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill or support the request, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
SECURITY
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No system is completely secure, so please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a business lead request.
CHILDREN
Hot Leads Galore is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted through the app or website.
